Larry's fish stew

Measure Ingredient
3 pounds Flounder fillet
½ pounds Bacon
1 \N Btl catsup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Chopped onion
8 ounces Tomato paste
1 ounce Tabasco sauce salt & pepper

Fry bacon remove bacon from pan brown onions in drippings. Place three (3) cups of water in large pot. Bring to a boil. Pour onions and drippings into water. Add fish, hot sauce, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cook fish until completely done. Add catsup and tomato paste. Cook on simmer for two hours.
