Laab dip (thai raw beef salad)

50gramsBeef liver; sliced thinly
100millilitresBeef blood; very fresh
¼cupMint leaves
3tablespoonsSpring onions; finely sliced
3tablespoonsLime juice -==- OR lemon
½tablespoonFish sauce
½tablespoonGround chillies

Directions
