2cupsMeat stock beef or pork
2cupsSauerkraut juice
1eachEgg large
1cupSour cream
2tablespoonsFlour
1teaspoonDill freshly chopped
½cupPotatos mashed
Rye bread croutons

Directions

Bring stock to a boil & add sauerkraut juice. Mix in sour cream, flour, & egg. add a small portion of the hot stock. Mix then add to the pot & simmer for 3 minutes.
