Kvasivka selians'ka - tart village soup

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Sauerkraut juice |
| 1 | each | Egg large |
| 1 | cup | Sour cream |
| 2 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dill freshly chopped |
| ½ | cup | Potatos mashed |
| Rye bread croutons | ||
Directions
Bring stock to a boil & add sauerkraut juice. Mix in sour cream, flour, & egg. add a small portion of the hot stock. Mix then add to the pot & simmer for 3 minutes.
