|1 small||Cauliflower; Washed , cooked and mashed florets of|
|2||Crushed cloves of garlic; (germ removed)|
|Oil for frying|
|Salt and pepper|
|½ teaspoon||Backing powder|
Fry garlic and onion. Mix with the mashed cauliflower, season with salt, pepper and baking powder.
Heat oil in a non stick pan, add the mixture, and cook on low fire for 15 minutes,covered . Place a plate on the pan and turn them upside down, return the kuku to the frying pan and continue cooking covered for 15 minutes.
