Measure Ingredient
¼ pounds Ground round (beef)
1 Clove, garlic, minced
1 small Chopped onion
1½ teaspoon Active dry yeast
2 cups Bread flour
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ Tsp.ground cumin
¼ Tsp.ground cardamon
¼ Tsp.ground cloves
¼ Tsp.grated nutmeg
¼ Tsp.ground cinnamon
¼ Tsp.ground black pepper
¾ cup Water
¼ cup Frozen green peas

Braise or saute the beef til browned. Add garlic and onion. Cook til softened. Let cool.
