Keftathes (greek meatballs)

Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredient | |

| 1 | pounds | Hamburger |
| 4 | slices | Dampened bread |
| 1 | small | Onion chopped or grated |
| ½ | teaspoon | Oregano |
| 1 | Beaten egg | |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Make into small balls and roll in flour until thoroughly covered. Fry in pan containing ⅛ inch vegetable oil. Cook on one side and then turn over. Add oil as needed. Heat oil to medium heat. Should make approximately 20 meatballs.
