Jan's stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients

| 1 | medium | Onion -- dice fine |
| 4 | tablespoons | Parmesan Cheese -- grated |
| ¼ | pounds | Provolone Cheese -- grated |
| ½ | pounds | Sausage Meat -- Bob Evans |
| 1 | pounds | Mushroom Caps -- whole, |

Directions
Saute sausage until crumbly. Add onion and garlic, and cook until soft.
Drain sausage mixture.
Fold cheeses into mixture, and stuff the mushroom caps.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Broil for a few minutes to lightly brown top, if desired.
