Jan's stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients

Garlic Clove -- to taste;
Minced
1mediumOnion -- dice fine
4tablespoonsParmesan Cheese -- grated
¼poundsProvolone Cheese -- grated
½poundsSausage Meat -- Bob Evans
1poundsMushroom Caps -- whole,
Large

Directions

Saute sausage until crumbly. Add onion and garlic, and cook until soft.

Drain sausage mixture.

Fold cheeses into mixture, and stuff the mushroom caps.

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Broil for a few minutes to lightly brown top, if desired.
