Jan's stuffed mushrooms

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
Garlic Clove -- to taste;
1 medium Onion -- dice fine
4 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese -- grated
¼ pounds Provolone Cheese -- grated
½ pounds Sausage Meat -- Bob Evans
1 pounds Mushroom Caps -- whole,

Saute sausage until crumbly. Add onion and garlic, and cook until soft.

Drain sausage mixture.

Fold cheeses into mixture, and stuff the mushroom caps.

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Broil for a few minutes to lightly brown top, if desired.
