Yield: 12 Servings
|Garlic Clove -- to taste;|
|1 medium||Onion -- dice fine|
|4 tablespoons||Parmesan Cheese -- grated|
|¼ pounds||Provolone Cheese -- grated|
|½ pounds||Sausage Meat -- Bob Evans|
|1 pounds||Mushroom Caps -- whole,|
Saute sausage until crumbly. Add onion and garlic, and cook until soft.
Drain sausage mixture.
Fold cheeses into mixture, and stuff the mushroom caps.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Broil for a few minutes to lightly brown top, if desired.
