Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Olive oil
1 can Anchovies; (2 ounces) drain
1 clove Garlic; mince
2 smalls Red chili pepper; chop
⅔ cup Black olives; chop
3 \N Leaves basil; chop
3 tablespoons Parsley; mince
12 ounces Marinara sauce
2 tablespoons Capers; drain
\N \N Penne pasta; cook; drain

In olive oil saute anchovies until dissolved; add garlic, chili pepper and olives. Saute a few minutes. Add basil, parsley and marinara. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over penne. Source: Live with Regis and Kathie Lee.
