Ingredients

12Flat anchovy fillets; chopped
2Midium raw potatoes; cooked, peeled, and chopped
6Onion slices; chopped
1largeBeet; cooked, peeled, and chopped
6Raw egg yolks

Directions

On each of 6 plates make a circle of anchovies, potatoes, onions, and beets. Carefully place a raw egg yolk in the center of the circle. Chill and serve with flatbread and butter. Makes 6 servings.
