1 large | Beet; cooked, peeled, and chopped |
6 \N | Raw egg yolks |
On each of 6 plates make a circle of anchovies, potatoes, onions, and beets. Carefully place a raw egg yolk in the center of the circle. Chill and serve with flatbread and butter. Makes 6 servings.
