Hot and spicy chicken with raita

12 Hot and Spicy Chicken Wings
½ Cucumber
1 tablespoon Chopped Mint
1 tablespoon Chopped Coriander
300 millilitres Natural Yoghurt
Salt
Ground Black Pepper

RAITA

Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 25-40 minutes Per Serving: 168 calories, 6g fat

1. Barbecue the chicken wings for 25-30 minutes turning occasionally.

2. Mix together the cucumber, mint, coriander and yoghurt then chill until required. Season to taste just before serving. 3. Serve the chicken with the raita.

Delicious accompanied with basmati or pilau rice and mango chutney.
