2 mediums | Carrots thinly sliced |
1 can | Chickpeas or garbanzo beans-rinsed-drained |
¼ cup | Italian salad dressing; (little more if desired) |
1 dash | Pepper |
Mix all ingredients well. Chill. Serve on separate lettuce lined plates.
