Herb chickpeas and carrots

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 teaspoon Olive oil
¼ cup Chopped onion
¼ cup Sliced celery
2 mediums Carrots thinly sliced
1 can Chickpeas or garbanzo beans-rinsed-drained
¼ cup Italian salad dressing; (little more if desired)
1 dash Pepper

Mix all ingredients well. Chill. Serve on separate lettuce lined plates.
