Grilled orange vinaigrette chicken salad

1bunchRomaine lettuce; torn
11ouncesCan mandarin oranges; drained
Your choice; chopped fresh vegetables
½cupOrange juice
½cupWhite wine vinegar
¼cupOlive oil
¼cupMrs. Dash's garlic and herb seasoning
tablespoonSugar

Directions

DRESSING

Whisk together all dressing ingredients; setting aside ½ cup. Brush chicken with reserved dressing. Grill (turning and brushing occasionally) until done. Cut chicken into strips. Serve over letuce with oranges and desired vegetables. Drizzle remaining dressing over salad. *this is both salt and virtually fat free. It's also delicious! Recipe by: Mrs. Dash
