Grilled butterfly leg of lamb

½ | cup | Extra virgin olive oil |
⅓ | cup | Wine or vinegar |
2 | teaspoons | Garlic,minced |
½ | teaspoon | Mustard,dry |
4 | pinches | Thyme, crushed |
Directions
Have butcher remove bone from lamb. Combine other ingredients and marinade lamb overnight. Sear lamb on grill on both sides. Cook 15 minutes a side (approx).
Veggies are great on the grill basted with marinade!
