Golomki (pigs in a blanket)

| 1 | cup | Cooked rice |
| 1 | Onion | |
| 2 | Parsley Sprig | |
| ½ | Celery Stalk | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Worcestershire Sauce |
| 1 | Cabbage | |
| 1 | can | Plum Tomatoes |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| 1 | pinch | Ground Allspice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
: Prepare cooked rice. Finely chop the onion, parsley and celery. Combine, add Worcestershire and saute. Add salt & pepper to taste. Knead with with meat and rice to form "pigs".
: Remove and discard the core from a head of cabbage. Boil the cabbage while carefully removing the leaves as they wilt from the head. These are the "blankets". : Wrap the pigs in the blankets and place in a roasting pan.
Squash the plum tomatoes and add salt, sugar and allspice. Spread mixture over and around pigs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour turning when the leaves begin turning brown and wilting.
