Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Boiling water |
| 3 | Eggs, beaten | |
| ⅓ | cup | Minced onion |
| 1 | cup | Bread or cracker crumbs |
| ½ | teaspoon | Sage |
| Salt/pepper to taste | ||
| 4 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
Directions
Preheat 350 F oven. Pour boiling water over dry ground TVP. When water is absorbed add remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and bake about 40 minutes or until solid on top.
Remove by running a spatula around side gently lifting. Invert on large platter and slice to serve. May be served with brown gravy.
