Gasali's grilled zucchini with anchovy sauce

| 150 | grams | Preserved anchovy chopped |
| 200 | millilitres | Olive oil |
| 70 | grams | Parsley |
| Salt and pepper | ||
Directions
Grill the slices of zucchini, with salt and pepper. Beat the olive oil with anchovy. Dress zucchini with oil. Sprinkle with parsley.
