Fruit platter

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Strips of orange rind
\N \N . (2x3/4-inch)
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 pint Strawberries, hulled & halvd
3 \N Seedless oranges, peeled
2 \N Kiwifruit, peeled
½ \N Fresh pineapple, peeled
½ small Cantaloupe, peeled & seeded
\N \N Fresh mint sprigs as garnish

Position the knife blade in the food processor bowl; add the orange rind and sugar. Process 1 minute or until finely chopped. Sprinkle over strawberries in a bowl; set aside.

Position the slicing disc in the food processor bowl. Drop oranges, one at a time, through the food chute. Apply light pressure with the food pusher, and process until sliced. Repeat the procedure with the kiwifruit, pineapple and cantaloupe.

Arrange fruit, including strawberries, on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
