| 1 | pint | Strawberries, hulled & halvd | 
| 3 | Seedless oranges, peeled | |
| 2 | Kiwifruit, peeled | |
| ½ | Fresh pineapple, peeled | |
| ½ | small | Cantaloupe, peeled & seeded | 
| Fresh mint sprigs as garnish | ||
Directions
Position the knife blade in the food processor bowl; add the orange rind and sugar.  Process 1 minute or until finely chopped.  Sprinkle over strawberries in a bowl; set aside. 
Position the slicing disc in the food processor bowl.  Drop oranges, one at a time, through the food chute.  Apply light pressure with the food pusher, and process until sliced.  Repeat the procedure with the kiwifruit, pineapple and cantaloupe. 
Arrange fruit, including strawberries, on a serving platter.  Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
NOTE:  The fruit may be sliced with a sharp knife.  (The OLD way ...
