|2 \N||Strips of orange rind|
|\N \N||. (2x3/4-inch)|
|1 pint||Strawberries, hulled & halvd|
|3 \N||Seedless oranges, peeled|
|2 \N||Kiwifruit, peeled|
|½ \N||Fresh pineapple, peeled|
|½ small||Cantaloupe, peeled & seeded|
|\N \N||Fresh mint sprigs as garnish|
Position the knife blade in the food processor bowl; add the orange rind and sugar. Process 1 minute or until finely chopped. Sprinkle over strawberries in a bowl; set aside.
Position the slicing disc in the food processor bowl. Drop oranges, one at a time, through the food chute. Apply light pressure with the food pusher, and process until sliced. Repeat the procedure with the kiwifruit, pineapple and cantaloupe.
Arrange fruit, including strawberries, on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
