French chicken "scallops"

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Chicken breasts; boned and skinned
2 tablespoons Sherry
2 tablespoons Margarine
Onion salt
Pepper
Paprika

Cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes. Arrange in a single layer in a shallow flameproof dish. Pour sherry over chicken. Dot with margarine. Sprinkle with seasonings. Broil for about 10 minutes, turning once. Baste with pan juices several times while broiling. Calories: 185 per serving. Yield: 4 servings.
