Fontina and grilled vegetables wrap

Ingredients

½cupMayonnaise
¼cupChopped basil leaves
Juice of 1 lime
1mediumZucchini
1Red; yellow or orange bell pepper, quartered
2Red onion slices; about 1/4\" thick
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
2cupsShredded Romaine lettuce
½poundsFontina cheese; grated
2largesFlour tortillas

Directions

Prepare spread in a small bowl. Combine mayonnaise, basil, and lime juice.

Stir to blend. Brush vegetables with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange vegetables on a medium-hot barbeque. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, or until grill marks appear. Flip over and grill an additional 2 minutes.

Lay out flour tortillas, and spread on the mayonnaise mixture. Place lettuce on tortilla, top with cheese and vegetables off the grill. Wrap as you would a burrito. Serves 2.
