Measure | Ingredient |

1 can | Evaporated milk; chilled |
1 pack | Lemon jello |
1 cup | Boiling water |
¾ cup | Sugar |
1 \N | Lemon; juice and rind |
Have milk, bowl and beater very cold before beating. Do not beat milk until Jello starts to set.
Prepare the jello in the 1 cup boiling water. Whip milk into foamy heap, gradually add sugar. Then add jello, juice and rind.
Line oblong pan or a 8x8-inch aluminum pan with graham cracker crumbs. Pour mixture into pan and sprinkle with crumbs. Chill overnight.
