|1 pack||(8-oz.) Golden Grain Chicken Flavor Rice-A-Roni|
|2 tablespoons||Butter or margarine|
|2¾ cup||Hot water|
|1 dash||Tobasco Sauce|
|1 tablespoon||Instant minced onion|
|¼ cup||Diced celery|
|¼ cup||Diced green pepper|
|2 cups||Diced cooked ham|
|1 can||(6-oz.) tuna or shrimp|

Have a couple Rice-A-Roni recipes for you. Hope you enjoy them. They came from my "Favorite Brand Name Recipe Cookbook".
Lightly brown the rice-vermicelli mixture in butter. Stir in water and contents of flavor packet. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Makes 5 (1½ cup) servings.
