| 2 | teaspoons | Powdered ginger or fresh ginger root; smashed |
| 2 | mediums | Tomatoes; quartered |
| 1 | teaspoon | MSG |
| 1 | each | Lemon; juice of |
| 4 | cups | Water |
| Salt and pepper taste | ||
| 1 | each | Stalk scallion; diced |
Directions
YIELD: 4 SERVINGS
Put all ingredients except lemon juice in a large sauce pan and simmer for 45 minutes. Bring serving, add lemon juice and diced scallion and serve.
