2teaspoonsPowdered ginger or fresh ginger root; smashed
2mediumsTomatoes; quartered
1teaspoonMSG
1eachLemon; juice of
4cupsWater
Salt and pepper taste
1eachStalk scallion; diced

Directions

YIELD: 4 SERVINGS

Put all ingredients except lemon juice in a large sauce pan and simmer for 45 minutes. Bring serving, add lemon juice and diced scallion and serve.
