Spinach)
1cupCherry tomatoes
½cupChopped onion
1eachHot pepper (if more is desired add 2)
4tablespoonsLemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Prepare finadene sauce with tomatoes and pour over cooked leaves.

Serves 4.
