Fettucine with clams

Measure Ingredient
500 grams Fettucine
\N \N Good olive oil
4 \N Cloves garlic; chopped
2 smalls Dried chilli peppers; crumbled
4 tablespoons Parsley; chopped
1 kilograms Fresh clams; (palourdes)
½ \N Lemon; juice of

Bring a large pan of well salted water to the boil.

Cook the pasta for the required length of time and drain.

Heat the oil in the empty pan and add the garlic and chilli. When sizzling add the clams and parsley and when the clams have opened return to the pasta, season with the lemon and toss well. Serve.
