Fettuccini with fresh basil & tomatoes

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ripe tomatoes,peel,chop
2 \N Cloves garlic,chopped
½ cup Olive oil
1 pounds Cooked fettuccini
1 \N White onion,chopped
¾ cup Fresh basil,chopped
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Grated Cheddar cheese

Mix tomatoes,onion,garlic,basil,olive oil,salt and black pepper;let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.Cook fettuccini;drain.Toss with sauce.Sprinkle with cheese.Serve at once.
