Measure Ingredient
1.00 teaspoon Sugar *
¼ cup Espresso **
2.00 tablespoon Coffee-flavored syrup ***
½ cup Skim Milk
2.00 cup Ice {crushed}

* {disolve sugar in coffee mixture.} ** {super strong coffee can be used in place of espresso if desired} *** {chocolate syrup can be use instead of coffee flavor for a mocha taste if thats what you like.}

For all drinks, whirl ingredients in a blender on high till smooth.

For drinks with ice, use crushed or smallish cubes { or your blender might freak out.}
