Ingredients

| 1½ | pounds | Stewing beef, dice |
| 1 | cup | Dry red wine |
| 2 | Onions, chop | |
| 2 | larges | Red bell peppers, chop |
| 6 | ounces | Tomato sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon | Garlic, mince |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Dried oregano |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cumin |
Directions
In a saucepan of water boil beef for 15 minutes. Drain beef and return to saucepan with fresh water to cover. Add remaining ingredients and boil for about 45 minutes.
