1 cup | Dry red wine |

2 larges | Red bell peppers, chop |
6 ounces | Tomato sauce |

¼ teaspoon | Dried oregano |
¼ teaspoon | Cumin |
In a saucepan of water boil beef for 15 minutes. Drain beef and return to saucepan with fresh water to cover. Add remaining ingredients and boil for about 45 minutes.
