Estefans' carne con papas

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Stewing beef, dice
1 cup Dry red wine
2 Onions, chop
2 larges Red bell peppers, chop
6 ounces Tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Garlic, mince
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Dried oregano
¼ teaspoon Cumin

In a saucepan of water boil beef for 15 minutes. Drain beef and return to saucepan with fresh water to cover. Add remaining ingredients and boil for about 45 minutes.
