ENCHILADAS VERDES
DIRECTIONS
Fry each tortilla quickly in butter. In a casserole, layer in this order; tortilas, grated cheese, then chilies and onion. Top with sour cream. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
