Enchiladas verdes

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
12 eaches Tortillas
1 pack Sour cream
1 each Lge. onion, chopped fine
1 can Green chilies (mild) chopped
8 ounces White jalapeno cheese

Fry each tortilla quickly in butter. In a casserole, layer in this order, tortillas, grated cheese, then chillies and onion. top with sour cream. Bake in 350F oven for 20 minutes.
