|¼ cup||Creme' de menthe|
|½ cup||Shelled pistachios chopped|
comment: an unusal but delicious appetizer very rich! Blend the cheese and butter well. Blend in the creme de menthe until smooth. . chill well in refrigerator. Roll mixture into tiny balls and roll into the chopped pistachioes.Place in the tiny colored paper candy cups and chill well. servings depend on how large the balls are.
