Elegant lemon cake roll

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Creamy lemon filling
1 \N (14-ounce) can sweetened
\N \N Condensed milk
1 \N To
2 teaspoons Grated lemon rind
⅓ cup Lemon juice
5 drops Of yellow food coloring
1½ cup Frozen whipped topping,
\N \N Thawed

Combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon rind, lemon juice, and food coloring; stir well. Fold in whipped topping. Yield: about 3 cups.
