Egg n' mushroom omelet

¼ | cup | Canned mushrooms; chopped |
1 | dash | Hot sauce; or to taste |
1 | teaspoon | Onion flakes; dried, crumbled |
1 | teaspoon | Parsley flakes |
¼ | teaspoon | Paprika; or to taste |

Date: Fri, 15 Mar 1996 00:29:31 EST From: MarySpero@... (MS MARY E SPERO) In a bowl combine egg, mushrooms, hot sauce, onion flakes and parsley. Pour into a preheated non-stick skillet. Bring mixture quickly together with spatula towards center before egg is completely set. Sprinkle top with paprika. Turn and cook top side. Serve hot. Source: I'm not sure if this is a WW recipe but it will fit the program.
