Egg n' mushroom omelet

Measure Ingredient
1 medium Egg; beaten
¼ cup Canned mushrooms; chopped
1 dash Hot sauce; or to taste
1 teaspoon Onion flakes; dried, crumbled
1 teaspoon Parsley flakes
¼ teaspoon Paprika; or to taste

Date: Fri, 15 Mar 1996 00:29:31 EST From: MarySpero@... (MS MARY E SPERO) In a bowl combine egg, mushrooms, hot sauce, onion flakes and parsley. Pour into a preheated non-stick skillet. Bring mixture quickly together with spatula towards center before egg is completely set. Sprinkle top with paprika. Turn and cook top side. Serve hot.
