½ teaspoon Garlic powder
9 eaches Rifrigerator rolls (1 oz)
½ cup Mushrooms, sliced, canned
1 pack Beef broth, instant -- low
\N \N Sod
½ teaspoon Oregano -- dried
¼ teaspoon Basil -- dried
\N \N Black pepper -- ground
\N \N Diced
1½ cup Bell pepper, green --
\N \N Sliced thin
6 ounces Cheese, mozzarella --
\N \N Part-skim
\N \N Italian seasoning



1. Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Cook onion and garlic over medium-high heat until tender, about 3 minutes.

Add ¾ cup water and remaining sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, 55 to 60 minutes. 2. To make pizza, in medium nonstick skillet, brown sausage patties over medium-high heat. Add fennel and garlic powder; stir to break up sausage. With slotted spoon, remove turkey to plate. 3. Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a 13x9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. With hands, press biscuits onto bottom of dish, pinching together to form a crust that covers entire surface. 4. Spread ½ cup sauce over biscuits. Sprinkle evenly with turkey sausage. Top with remaining sauce, the mushrooms, 1 cup bell pepper, the sliced cheese, and Italian seasoning. Top with remaining bell pepper. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until crust is brown. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.
