1 cup Whole wheat flour
1 cup Better for Bread flour
½ cup Oat bran
½ cup Yellow corn meal
3 tablespoons Gluten
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Oil
2 tablespoons Honey
¾ cup Creamed corn, warmed
½ cup Durkee Canned French Fried
\N \N Onions
2 tablespoons Bac-Os Bacon Flavored bits
\N \N (or equivalent)
½ cup Grated cheddar cheese
1 \N Egg
¾ cup Plus 2 tb warm water
