Curtis' lime soup

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 medium Red onion; diced
3 \N Garlic cloves; minced
2 tablespoons Dried oregano
\N \N Salt
½ pounds Fried tofu
2 \N Carrots; diced
½ pounds Green beans; cut into 1\" pieces
2 mediums Tomatoes; diced
1 cup Vegetable stock
½ bunch Cilant chopped
2 tablespoons Chile powder
2 \N Limes thinly sliced
\N \N Juice of one lime

In a large pot, heat the oil and saute the onion and garlic. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until done, about 35 minutes.
