Curtis' lime soup

Ingredients

| 2 | tablespoons | Dried oregano |

| ½ | pounds | Fried tofu |
| 2 | Carrots; diced | |
| ½ | pounds | Green beans; cut into 1\" pieces |
| 2 | mediums | Tomatoes; diced |
| 1 | cup | Vegetable stock |
| ½ | bunch | Cilant chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chile powder |
| 2 | Limes thinly sliced | |
| Juice of one lime | ||
Directions
In a large pot, heat the oil and saute the onion and garlic. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until done, about 35 minutes.
