Crunchy pecan chicken

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Biscuit mix, buttermilk |
| ½ | teaspoon | Poultry seasoning |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Paprika |
| ½ | cup | Pecans; finely chopped |
| 1 | Broiler-fryer; cut into serving sized pieces | |
| ½ | cup | Milk, evaporated |
| ½ | cup | Butter (or marg.); melted |
Directions
Combine biscuit mix, seasonings, and nuts; mix well. Dip chicken in milk and coat with dry mixture; place chicken in a greased 13x9x2" baking pan. Pour butter over top and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
