Crunchy pecan chicken

1cupBiscuit mix, buttermilk
½teaspoonPoultry seasoning
½teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonPaprika
½cupPecans; finely chopped
1Broiler-fryer; cut into serving sized pieces
½cupMilk, evaporated
½cupButter (or marg.); melted

Directions

Combine biscuit mix, seasonings, and nuts; mix well. Dip chicken in milk and coat with dry mixture; place chicken in a greased 13x9x2" baking pan. Pour butter over top and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
