Cool, creamy black bean soup

Ingredients

4cupsBlack beans, rinsed and drained (3-15 oz cans)
cupPlain non-fat yogurt
1canMild peeled green chilies (4 1/2 oz)
2teaspoonsCumin
½teaspoonBalsamic vinegar or lemon juice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1tablespoonSnipped chives or sliced green onions

Directions

Puree all ingredients but chives or onions in blender or food processor. Serve cold, topped with a dollop of yogurt and sprinkled with chives or onions.
