Cool, creamy black bean soup

Ingredients

1½ | cup | Plain non-fat yogurt |
1 | can | Mild peeled green chilies (4 1/2 oz) |
2 | teaspoons | Cumin |
½ | teaspoon | Balsamic vinegar or lemon juice |
Salt to taste | ||
Pepper to taste | ||
1 | tablespoon | Snipped chives or sliced green onions |
Directions
Puree all ingredients but chives or onions in blender or food processor. Serve cold, topped with a dollop of yogurt and sprinkled with chives or onions.
