Chocolate upside-down cake

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
1½ cup Sugar
4 teaspoons Baking powder
1 cup Milk
4 teaspoons Melted butter
2 \N Squares unsweetened chocolate
1½ cup Sugar
1½ cup Brown sugar
6 tablespoons Cocoa
3 cups Boiling water

Combine flour, salt, sugar and baking powder in a medium sized bowl. Stir in milk and melted butter. Melt chocolate squares, cool slightly, then add to mixture. Pour mixture into a 9x13 greased pan and set aside.

SAUCE: Combine sugar, brown sugar, and cocoa in a small bowl. Spinkle mixture evenly over cake batter. Next gently pour boiling water over the top of the cake batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
