Measure | Ingredient |

14 ounces | Tinned chopped tomatoes |
1 ounce | Cooked ham cut into strips. |
¼ teaspoon | Salt. |
3 ounces | Green pepper de-seeded and chopped. |
6 ounces | Chicken stock |
9 ounces | Skinned and boned chicken breasts cut into half inch strips. |
Place all the ingredients except the chicken in a pan. Mix well and cook gently for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Add the chicken and continue to cook until the chicken is cooked thoroughly and the sauce thickens.
