|2 cloves||Garlic crushed.|
|14 ounces||Tinned chopped tomatoes|
|1 ounce||Cooked ham cut into strips.|
|3 ounces||Green pepper de-seeded and chopped.|
|6 ounces||Chicken stock|
|9 ounces||Skinned and boned chicken breasts cut into half inch strips.|
Place all the ingredients except the chicken in a pan. Mix well and cook gently for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Add the chicken and continue to cook until the chicken is cooked thoroughly and the sauce thickens.
