|2||Onions; med. -- thinly|
|¼ cup||Mushrooms -- sliced|
|1 cup||Dry White Kosher Wine|
|2 tablespoons||Olive OR Vegetable Oil|
|1 can||Peeled Tomatoes -- coarsely|
Coat frozen chicken parts with flour, season with pepper. In a lrg.
frying pan; heat oil and brown chicken legs lightly, about 8 mins.
total time. Remove chicken, add onions, garlic and mushrooms to pan drippings. Cook about 5 mins. over med. heat. Return chicken to pan; sprinkle with thyme. Add tomatoes and wine. Simmer 45-50 mins.
uncovered or until chicken it tender.
MICROWAVE: Drecease wine to ½ cup. Mix all ingredients in lrg.
microwave safe casserole without browning, cook covered with wax paper on High for 30-35 mins.
