½ teaspoon Thyme
2 tablespoons Olive OR Vegetable Oil
1 can Peeled Tomatoes -- coarsely

Coat frozen chicken parts with flour, season with pepper. In a lrg.

frying pan; heat oil and brown chicken legs lightly, about 8 mins.
