Ingredients

| ⅓ | cup | Strained marinade; reserved from filet mignon recipe |
| 1⅓ | teaspoon | Finely chopped shallots |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lingonberry jelly |
| 1 | cup | Brown sauce (see recipe) |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Lingonberry jelly is available at gourmet specialty shops if you have difficulty finding it at your grocery store.
