1teaspoonSugar
tablespoonRed wine
Ginger, dash
½teaspoonLemon rind, grated

Directions

Grate the apple coarsley and mash throughly with remaining ingredients. Beat until mixture is smooth and free of lumps. Correct seasoning to taste.
