Carrot pudding puff

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Margarine, melted
½ cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1½ teaspoon Vanilla
2 \N Egg yolks, beaten
1½ cup Sifted flour
2 cups Cooked carrots--mashed
\N \N Or 2 lb.can drained and
\N \N Mashed
½ teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Baking soda
2 \N Egg whites, stiffly beaten
1½ or 2 quart greased casserole dish.

Combine all ingredients, folding the egg whites in last. Pour into a Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
