Carrot pudding puff

| 2 | Egg yolks, beaten | |
| 1½ | cup | Sifted flour |
| 2 | cups | Cooked carrots--mashed |
| Or 2 lb.can drained and | ||
| Mashed | ||
| ½ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| ½ | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| 2 | Egg whites, stiffly beaten | |
| 1½ | or | 2 quart greased casserole dish. |
Directions
Combine all ingredients, folding the egg whites in last. Pour into a Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
