2 | Egg yolks, beaten | |
1½ | cup | Sifted flour |
2 | cups | Cooked carrots--mashed |
Or 2 lb.can drained and | ||
Mashed | ||
½ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
½ | teaspoon | Baking soda |
2 | Egg whites, stiffly beaten | |
1½ | or | 2 quart greased casserole dish. |
Directions
Combine all ingredients, folding the egg whites in last. Pour into a Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
