Yield: 4 servings
|¼ cup||Cooked small shrimp|
|3 tablespoons||Bread crumbs|
|2¼ tablespoon||White sesame seeds|
Cut cheese into 4 wedges; make slit in center of each wedge and insert several small shrimp. Close up and pinch to reshape. Dip cheese into egg and coat lightly with bread crumbs, then dip into egg again and coat with sesme seeds. Place on tray and refrigerate for 1 hour. Heat oil in deep skillet. Fry Camambert uneill golden brown. Drain and serve at once on folded paper napkins.
