Cal's mock lobster salad

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Crackers -- crumbled
Stalks Celery -- chopped
1 small Onion -- chopped
3 Hard-Cooked Eggs -- chopped
1 cup Mayonnaise
½ teaspoon Celery Seed
¾ cup Tomato Juice
1 cup Tomatoes, Canned
Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Combine crackers with celery, onions, and eggs. Blend mayonnaise with celery seed, tomato juice, and canned tomatoes. Stir into first mixture and season to taste. Makes 8 servings.
