Butternut squash souffle

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Butternut squash,cooked,mash
1 cup Milk
1 Margarine stick
1 cup Sugar
3 Eggs
Flavoring as desired*

* - 1 teaspoon ginger is good, prehaps some cinnamon. Mix all ingredients and put in a baking dish. Cook at 350'F. for 40 minutes.

Stir once during baking.
