Brigadeiros

Measure Ingredient
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon Butter
3 tablespoons Powdered chocolate
\N \N Chocolate sprinkles to coat brigadeiros.

Stir together milk, chocolate and butter over medium heat until mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan. It should look like a thick paste.

Let cool just long enough for you to be able to handle it. Shape into walnut size balls and roll them in the chocolate sprinkles.
