3 pounds | Frying chicken pieces |
¼ cup | Flour |
2 tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
2 \N | Celery stalks; chunked |
2 \N | Carrots; chunked |
1 medium | Onion; chunked |
⅓ cup | Kikkoman Soy Sauce |
¼ teaspoon | Oregano, crumbled |
Coat chicken with flour and brown in hot oil; remove. Saute celery, carrots and onion in same pan 2 minutes. Combine soy sauce and oregano with 1 cup water; add to pan with chicken. Cover and simmer 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
Makes 4 to 6 servings
