Bonchi (curried beans)

Measure Ingredient
250 grams Beans
1 Onion
1 Fresh chilli
50 millilitres Oil sprig curry leaves
¼ teaspoon Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Cumin
½ teaspoon Turmeric
75 millilitres Thick coconut milk

Wash and trim the beans as desired. Chop the onion and chilli. Heat the oil and fry the onion and curry leaves until fragrant.
